Hi! I am Nadia! I am an Mississippi native. I moved to Tallahassee in 2016 and have been here ever since. I have a bachelor’s in communications from the University of Southern Mississippi and a master’s in sport management from the Florida State University. Working in the sports industry has provided valuable and extensive skills sets, that I have transferred to real estate. Also, I have years of experience in operations, logistics and administration. Nadia helped me close on my first house ever. Being a first time homebuyer in the 2021 market, things were incredibly difficult, with sellers often being outright callous. Despite the competition in the market, she walked me through the homebuying process every step of the way. She made sure to arrive promptly to every showing of a property. She did an excellent job following up with prospective sellers. And when we finally found the house that met my needs and wants, she was quick to draft a contract under terms and conditions favorable to myself and negotiated thousands of dollars off of the sellers asking price. She even put up with my occasional bursts of frustration and doubts too (this is important because buying a house can be stressful y'all). She essentially walked me to the finish line and made every call necessary to secure a property for myself. And when she didn't have an answer, she was honest enough to tell me she didn't know, but would find someone who did. I cannot recommend her more.
